ADM—Automatic Document Matching
We can now provide the facility for you to electronically archive your proof of deliveries and pre sales documents against transactions within your back office system. The principle is simple and easy to operate and requires no user input. Documents are referenced with bar codes and we have developed applications that batch scan these documents and cross reference them within your back office system.
The same process can be applied to virtually any other document that you produce and in addition you can also scan other incoming documentation against references within your system.
Counter Sign
One of the benefits of using modern back office system is that you are able to retain images directly within your accounts system. We have extended this facility to enable you to hold customers electronic signatures against the order file within the Intact system. We can interface your back office with today’s electronic signature devices. Your documents can be reprinted, faxed or emailed with the customers signature – an invaluable tool when debt collecting and proving that the goods were taken.
Customer Order Prompt
Introducing Customer Order Prompt (COP) for Microsoft Navision, a fully automated telesales solution which enables you to promote and generate sales to your regular customer accounts without the intervention of a sales person. COP is a sales ordering system which generates recommended order sheets and delivers them to your customer via fax or email. Each Order sheet includes the customer’s typical ordering lines (generated from their sales history), recommended order quantity based on usage and promotional items, typically special offers or slow moving stock items. The order sheet also includes the ability to add company messages and notices.
Windows Mobile Solutions
With standard Microsoft offerings it is now possible to extend your Dynamics-Nav system to field engineers, service technicians, remote workers and representatives. These remote workers can use a variety of input devices from simple PDA’s to laptops or industrialised, rugged units equipped with barcode scanners.
Your remote worker is given a live link to your back office system and is able to interrogate or update the system from the field, improving response times, customer service levels and reducing administration. The product is eminently flexible and can be tailored to your own specific needs.
This solution is particularly effective where you have field sales staff taking orders whilst out of the office and where immediate notification of stock availability, credit availability and immediate response times are essential. Another example would be for the field engineer, often working on a time and materials basis or allocating spares to a job whilst in the field. The inclusion of a barcode reader on his/her input device aids the simplicity of the solution.

Touch screen Point of Sale
Developed, initially for our vertical market application WinMess, we are now able to offer our clients an integrated point of sale solution which can operate in an off-line or real time mode.
This solution incorporates optional touch screen input, barcode input, client signature capture and I-button operator sign on.
This solution is targeted for retail sales operations but would also accommodate limited trade operations.
