This offers our customers telephone support relating to any hardware or operating system infrastructure support, if additional remote assistance is required this can be purchased on an instance basis.
Silver Support
This offers our customers a I.T managers level of service, we will run the daily server checks on your server to make sure that it is running at a optimal level, this will include the update of critical service packs, anti-virus definitions, making sure that the backup system has completed successfully and will respond to any backup issue as a matter of urgency.
This service will also monitor for any issues with the operating system and hardware so that we can inform you pro-actively of any required parts or service.
This package also includes connection to our rapid response anti-virus remote monitoring solution, which in real time highlights virus’s penetrating your network infrastructure enabling our engineer’s fast access to your systems.
Gold Support

- Four engineering days a year, which will be used to help maintain a healthy and reliable system, the engineer will also create an action plan which will highlight how we can help achieve your infrastructure goals.
- Installation and updates of all major server service packs that are released by Microsoft.
