After trialling multiple document scanning systems, none seemed to match all of the criteria that was required by our customer base, such as the ability to append new scans to existing documents. It was then decided that we should develop our own system for this in-house.

BRScan is the result; developed with multiple customer requirements and ease of use in mind.

With a minimal number of setup and general use options compared to other systems, it is an extremely simple application to configure and use.

One of the main features of BRScan is the ability to scan multiple documents from a  sheet feed scanner, this includes barcode recognition and individual document filing.

The system can then append these scans to existing documents if required meaning you can scan and store multi page delivery sheets; a feature that is only usually seen in full document management systems.

The recall of these documents from our supported products can then be carried out at the touch of a button.
