Blue Rock believes that the 4th emergency service is your computer company and in the event of an emergency you should be able to get fast, responsive and expert advice just by picking up the phone. 

Blue Rock provides unlimited telephone support between the hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm – Monday to Friday. Calls can be logged by either telephone, fax or you can just call and speak to one of our support staff . Although we enable you to monitor the progress of your logged support calls via the Internet we feel that customers would rather describe the issues they are having with a experienced consultant and therefore where possible encourage the use of the telephone.

You can tailor your support to suit your needs with a Professional Service Package. These pro-active support packages help you get the most from your back office system to ensure that you move your system forward and benefit from the technology that you have purchased.
