Once the diagnostic or business process review is complete Blue Rock can start configuring the software for your company’s unique requirements. Typically we try to resolve customer issues using standard software where possible. Fortunately both applications that we supply are highly configurable without the need for bespoke development and in many instances we can deliver a virtually standard solution, limited to a few document changes and analysis reports.

Alternatively the customer may specify a unique requirement or their industry may require specific functionality. In either case the flexibility of the software that we supply means that not only can these requirements be met perfectly but you are safe in the knowledge that your investment can be supported by other software dealers within the UK.

Although the bulk of the configuration can be based on the findings of the buisness review both applications lend themselves to a process of iterative development and in some instances we may prototype development with the client to ensure that our understanding is correct. Customers tend to appreciate this experience as they feel they have a real involvement into configuration of their company system.

Regardless as to the level of configuration the final system is demonstrated to your management team for approval and testing prior to end user training.
