At Blue Rock there will always be continuity of staff and the original representative that meets with you retains contact during and after the installation. We believe that this commitment helps to ensure that your orginal driver for investment is acted upon and that our presales promises are carried out.
Typically you will also meet one or more of the Directors and Shareholders of Blue Rock during this stage as it is equally important to both the supplier and customer that a level of trust and understanding is achieved at this early stage. Put simply, if we don’t see eye to eye now then we shouldn’t embark on a 10 year business relationship.
The pre-sales process will not only provide a high level of detail in terms of product demonstration but we aim to provide, to the best of our capabilities a realistic estimate for your project in terms of both cost and timescale.
Our references are excellent and we always encourage our prospective clients to speak to Blue Rock customers and of course you are always welcome to visit our offices on the south coast, to meet with the team.
