Virtually every week our team is working out of hours to install hardware, transfer data or install software updates to minimise customer disruption. On 3 occassions during 2008 we have had a small team of consultants working into the small hours on a Sunday night to meet very tight customer timescales - timescales that we try to discourage but ultimately contend with.
