George Troullis, Managing Director

George has worked within the industry for 25 years working in his own organisations and heading divisions of Public Limited organisations. George has learned his trade from “the shop floor” and although responsible for the operation of Blue Rock remains very much involved in the installations and support of our customer systems.

Lance Norton, Commercial Director  

Lance has been a team member for over a decade and started as a representative. He now is responsible for account management and commercial issues within the organisation.

Glen Jewell, Sales Director

Glen started in the industry in 1988 working in a junior sales role for a Hampshire based software company. Since then he has been a shareholder and director of 3 software organisations and has remained in a sales role throughout, he still manages several accounts gained back in the 80’s.
