Blue Rock believe that the 4th emergency service is your computer company and in the event of an emergency you should be able to get fast, responsive and expert advice just by picking up the phone. 

Blue Rock provide unlimited telephone support between the hours of 8.30am to 6.00pm - Monday to Friday. Calls can be logged by either telephone, fax, over the internet via our customer portal - or you can just call and speak to one of our support staff - not a computer system. 

You can tailor your support to suit your needs with a Professional Service Package. These pro-active support packages help you get the most from your back office system to ensure that you move your system forward and benefit from the technology that you have purchased.
